The Reverend
Earl E. Eisenbach is our Senior Pastor and along with a dedicated staff and lay
leadership, provides a faith community where Christ is exalted and the Holy Spirit is
present. The mission is to provide a transformational Christian Fellowship where everyone
is loved, accepted, listened to, affirmed and encouraged to grow, learn, explore and use
their gifts of ministry. |

| Earl preaches
positive faith messages to the felt needs of real people in their everyday lives. The
focus of all the ministries is for individuals to experience the transforming power of
Christ in their lives. |

| Earl and his wife,
Barbara, are involved in the prayer and healing ministry of The Order of St.
Luke. They are the Co-chaplains of the Greater Springfield Order of
St. Luke which is an ecumenical and international healing organization. They have
participated in healing missions with the Order of St. Luke and have also been involved in
the prayer and healing ministry of the "Oratory of the Little Way", an
ecumenical retreat center in Gaylordsville, CT. This ministry brings the healing ministry
of Christ to the emotional, physical and spirtual needs of individuals seeking healing and
wholeness. Earl and Barbara are available for healing prayers after every church service. |

| He is a native of
Bethleham, PA graduating from Bloomfield College and Princeton Theological Seminary with a
Masters of Divinity degree. He also completed clinical training in Pastoral Counseling at
the Westchester Institute. He was ordained by the United Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. and
served three churches in New Jersey and New York. He was also a Pastoral Counselor at the
5th Avenue Presbyterian Church in New York City. For a number of years he was an Executive
Search Consultant for various firms in New York City and an active leader in First
Congregational, Fairfield, CT. |

| Earl remained active
in the church throughout the consulting years. Because of the ministry of his local church
and "The Hour of Power" at the Crystal Cathedral, he was led to return to
ordained ministry. The last seven years he has been Interim Minister for the Connecticul
Conference of the United Church of Christ having been Interim Pastor of Churches in
Burlington, Oxford, Washington, Mystic and Monroe. Earl feels his years in business have
broadened his effectiveness in ministry. In business, he was a broad member of various
professional and business organizations. He brings a deep conviction and broad life
experience with a unique perception of needs for real people. |

| Earl is supported by
his wife in all aspects of the ministry. They have two daughters and one granddaughter. |
